دعوة إلى تشكيل لجنة لتحقيقات دولية بشأن مجزرة 30 ألف سجين سياسي في إيران في العام 1988

في ذكرى مجزرة 30 ألف سجين سياسي في إيران في العام 1988 سيقام معرض يوم 17 أغسطس في باريس يضم صورا ووثائق وأعمال فنية عن المجزرة.
سيشارك فيه اضافة إلى شخصيات فرنسية مدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان، ممثلون عن المقاومة الإيرانية وشهود لهذه الجرائم ويعرضون آخر وضع حقوق الإنسان في إيران والمعلومات المستجدة الواصلة من إيران بشأن المجزرة. ومن الشهود سيقدم للزوار عدد من الناجين بإعجاز عن هذه المجزرة الرهيبة، وعدد من الأشخاص الذين فقدوا ذويهم ما لمسوه من مشاهد في تلك المجزرة.
في 2 أغسطس أصدرت العفو الدولية تقريرا بـ94 صفحة، تناول تصعيد القمع ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان لاسيما الأفراد الذين بذلوا جهدا خلال العام الماضي في مجال الكشف عن مجزرة العام 1988 ودعت إلى العمل العاجل لإطلاق سراحهم. كما أكد التقرير أن أنظار الشباب الإيرانيين أصبحت مشدودة إلى هذه المأساة وهم يطالبون بمقاضاة ومحاكمة من يقف وراء هذه الجرائم من آمرين ومنفذين.
خلفية:
انطلاقا من فتوى أصدرها خميني في يوليو 1988، اُبيد أكثر من 30 ألف سجين سياسي معظمهم كانوا من ناشطي منظمة مجاهدي خلق الإيرانية في مجزرة ارتكبها النظام خلال بضعة أشهر ودفنوا في مقابر جماعية سرا.
ويرى حقوقيون دوليون مرموقون، أن هذه المجزرة مثال حي للجريمة ضد الإنسانية في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين. ولكنه رغم ذلك لم يتم إجراء أي تحقيق مستقل بشأنها من قبل مؤسسات دولية وبالتحديد الأمم المتحدة.
وكان نظام الملالي قد حاول لمدة 28 عاما اسكات هذا الملف الذي لعب فيه كبار المسؤولين دورا نشطا، غير أن موضوع المجزرة تحول منذ العام الماضي إلى قضية شعبية داهمة بحيث أصبحت أحد الموضوعات الرئيسية المثارة في المجتمع خلال «الانتخابات الرئاسية» في إيران في شهر أيار الماضي، مما اضطر خامنئي يوم 4 يونيو إلى اطلاق تحذير علني بخصوص استمرار هذه الوتيرة وأخطاره على كل النظام. علما أن وزير العدل في تشكيلة الحكومة الجديدة لروحاني هو واحد من العناصر الرئيسية للمجزرة في محافظة خوزستان وهو مدرج اسمه في قائمة عقوبات الاتحاد الاوروبي لانتهاكه لحقوق الإنسان.
