قالت فرنسا السبت إنها قلقة للغاية من تجربة الصاروخ الباليستي التي أجرتها إيران، ودعت الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، أنطونيو غوتيريش، إلى تقديم تقرير شامل عن عملية الإطلاق.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الفرنسية أنييس روماتيه-إسباني في بيان 'فرنسا تطالب بأن توقف إيران كامل أنشطتها التي تزعزع الاستقرار في الإقليم'.
وأضافت 'فرنسا ستبحث مع شركائها، ولاسيما في أوروبا سبل وقف نشاط إيران المزعزع للاستقرار في مجال الصواريخ الباليستية'.
وكانت إيران أعلنت السبت أنها اختبرت بنجاح صاروخا باليستيا جديدا يصل مداه إلى ألفي كيلومتر، وإنها ستواصل تطوير ترسانتها رغم الضغط الأميركي كي تتوقف.
وكانت الولايات المتحدة قد فرضت عقوبات على إيران قائلة إن تجاربها الخاصة بالصواريخ الباليستية تنتهك قرار الأمم_المتحدة الذي صدق على الاتفاق_النووي ودعت طهران إلى عدم القيام بأنشطة تتعلق بالصواريخ الباليستية القادرة على حمل أسلحة نووية.
وأبدت بريطانيا قلقها إزاء أحدث تجربة.
